Age 16 – 24 years
The Yorkshire Service provides supported accommodation and emergency placements for young people and young adults aged 16–24 with higher-risk or complex needs.
The service is intervention-led and focuses on reducing risk, building stability, developing independence and supporting safer transitions into adulthood.
We support young people facing :
- Exploitation risk, including CSE/CCE
- County lines involvement
- Placement instability
- Emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Care leaver needs
- Low engagement with services
- Risk-taking behaviour
- Disrupted education, training or employment
