BrightPath Learning Home is preparing to open in July 2026, and we are building a team of compassionate, skilled professionals who are committed to transforming the lives of children with complex needs. Our home will support young people who have experienced trauma, disruption, or exploitation, helping them recover, grow, and work toward a brighter future. To do this, we need people who are resilient, empathetic, and driven by purpose.

Senior Support Workers
Providing leadership within the team and ensuring high-quality daily care.

Residential Support Workers
Creating safe routines, positive relationships, and meaningful experiences.

Night Support Workers
Offering reassurance and consistency during overnight hours.

1:1 Behaviour Support
Supporting children with high-risk behaviours and bespoke care needs.

Education & Learning Mentors
Helping young people re-engage in education and build confidence in learning.

Deputy Manager
Working alongside the Registered Manager to guide practice and drive positive outcomes.

Each role is essential in creating a home where children feel believed in, respected, and supported to move forward with hope. We will be seeking experienced individuals who share our vision for excellence in residential childcare and therapeutic practice.
